uc4: count me in, week 6

NOTE, YOU MUST CONVINCE ME TO VOTE FOR YOUR ISSUE!

a. complete a postcard for each week (week 5: intro ballot, week 6: first social/political issue, week 7: second, week 9: third, week 10: fourth, week 11: fifth). Are behind or are graduating, include week 8 (holiday) as one of your weeks. BY WEEK 9 INTRO BALLOT + THREE ENTRIES MUST BE TALLIED or you will not receive credit.

b. continue writing an outline for your artist’s statement, focus on your contribution to the project than your personal history DUE WEEK 9

c. include a personal icon for recognition (this can be as simple as your initials, or can be a graphic symbol, but should be easy for you to reproduce—it will need to be hand rendered on all 6 panels.)

d. no first generation from the computer! [i.e. direct prints, cuts from laser/ink prints, etc.]

e. EACH BALLOT MUST BE USING A DIFFERENT HAND-RENDERED METHOD (i.e. illustration with marker one week, screen print next, image transfer, cyanotype, etc.)

g. on one of the postcard papers given [different panels will be disqualified, unaccepted]

h. you are encouraged to use creative freedom, but r-rated material may be edited by galleries and keep in mind these should be YOUR views, do not list AICA-SF in your ballot
